He previously led a $2B operating region for a publicly traded global provider generating approximately $200M in annual operating profit, with more than $1B in cumulative operating profit delivered over six years.

His expertise includes large-scale M&A, operating model transformation, free cash flow optimization, and enterprise integration.

Billy builds platforms designed for scale, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value.

ART RODRIGUEZ, CO-FOUNDER & SVP OPERATIONS

Art is a Sports & Entertainment operations executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale stadium and arena operations across the most demanding venues in the United States.

He built and scaled a Sports & Entertainment vertical generating more than $150M in annualized revenue while consistently delivering in high-volume, high-stakes environments where execution, safety, and fan experience are critical.

His leadership spans premier venues including SoFi Stadium, Crypto.com Arena, Dodger Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, and Intuit Dome, supporting events including the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, College Football National Championship, and the Grammy Awards.

Art brings rare ground-level operational expertise—from starting as a janitor to leading national operations at scale.
